But in the winter we have a skeet league, and our fields overlap. So we just roll our lawn in the spring.
But I do shoot at several places I wish they would take the time to crush the laying birds

We burned the fields a week or so ago. The orange is really showing. Never had to drag it in the past because the grass was enough to make it fade away.
We will need to drag this spring until the grass comes back up.

Usually use a sweeping brush on a skid steer to clean up targets....done in early spring.

We do it once a week. Bare, flat ground in front of the houses. Makes a huge difference in how you can pick up the target.

I belong to a small club 2 trap fields and 2 skeet. The rifle shooters pick the missed targets to plink at the 100yard range and the lawn mowers take care of the rest.

We don’t really have a set schedule most of the time. During our biggest events, we will do it at the end of every shooting day. We use a PTO driven rototiller on a tractor.

The one club I was on the board at the last few years have been shooting BIO targets I notice they are building up terrible, I offered to take my Tractor and Rototiller over and work them into the ground but no one else seems to think it is important.
They don't shoot registered targets.

We have a small club. 5 traps. We drag the fields at our monthly work party. However, when we have an event, we drag it daily in the morning while it's still somewhat damp.
