Being relatively new to the site, (I don't post much because I have a loooooooooooooot to learn I got to wondering who all here are hunters as well as sport shooters and what is it that you hunt.
For me I have always been a hard core duck hunter(hard core meaning doing nothing else) but recently I had the opportunity to hunt quail and chukars over pointers and really enjoyed myself.
So what if anything do you hunt?

Pheasants, quail, turkey, prarie chicken, ducks, rabbits, squirrels, deer, dove for every year types. Have hunted elk. Also in predators, yotes, bobcats, pigs. A couple I can't name..

Elk, deer (whitetail and muley), pheasant, dove, quail, ducks, geese, hogs, some varmint and turkey. Not necessarily in that order. I am new to competition shooting but it has really cut into my game shooting time.

Pheasant, Quail and Turkey but not as much as I need a new Knee and the back gives me problems once in a while. Deer is strictly from a blind now with a heater. Still beats not going.

Started shooting trap first then hunting after that--duck, goose, deer. My favourite, by far, is pheasant, probably because it's most like a trap shot. Actually got married on a Thursday in October so as to not interfere with pheasant hunting. Our honeymoon was spent walking and blocking in western Minnesota, then we hurried back to shoot trap before the weekend ended!

I "used" to be an avid duck, quail and rabbit hunter. Still got a beagle, that chases rabbit, but I quit hunting/buying a license when the state required a social security number. Seems they want to check and see if you owe any back child support payments before granting license. I don't.

My stance is - what happened to innocent - until found guilty?

Now it is just 180 out of phase. You are presumed guilty until proven innocent.

And they wonder why license sales are down?
