With as slow as snail mail is I wouldn't doubt it takes 2-3 weeks to get posted.

Seems like some of the clubs I shoot at get posted in a week or so some others takes a couple.

If I am reading this correctly from the rule book the club has 8 calendar days to get scores to ATA.
HH is not the only club lax in this if it is the clubs fault, I know of another that is awfully slow.

We learned our lesson on using normal mail to send in paperwork to the ATA. We use priority mail with a tracking number that way we know where the mail is at and how long it will take to get there.

Depends on the club and the ATA. My club used to submit scores by mail and it sometimes took 3 or 4 weeks for them to get posted, a week for the club to get them out and two to three weeks for the ATA to post them. The club got a credit card and submits them electronically and pays the fees by card. Our scores appear within a week.

This is the correct answer.

I got sick of messing around with money orders and such to send in the funds in the mail with the scores report. We switched to the credit card system and electronic submission and now it is so much faster.

Scores are shot on Sunday, submitted electronically on Monday, visible on the shooter information centre on Wednesday.

You can send in the scores as fast as you want, they will get processed into the database once the payment is settled.

Please find attached the info from the shoot this past week. Earned yardage sent to Kathy Key. There were two shooters who had joined the ATA on line the night before the shoot.. THey do not have numbers. If their scores do not come through, as we had no number for them, please advise. Please do not give them another number and send me a list of unpaid shooters. One was Evan Gray ATA #
2415001 and Liam Lawson ATA # 2415010. We received their numbers after classifying and couldn't get the new number into the program.
