God willing I am planning on attending for the first time in June. Was wondering if anyone could recommend a NICE hotel close to the shoot grounds. If you can please include hotel phone numbers.

I would pick one of the ones in Litchfield. ^^^ Sits right on I-55, is about 17.5 miles from the grounds. They have 3 or 4 major chains, plus a bunch of restaurants.

Been a while since I had the money to do that. Good luck.

You cannot do better than the Holiday Inn at Litchfield about $85 per night (approx 20 minute drive to Brittany).

We ate there 4 nights in a row great food great atmosphere, tell'm the Aussie's from the 2011 Central Zone shoot sent you, god willing and the creek don't rise we will be there again this coming August.

+1 for the Holiday Inn Express in Litchfield.

+1 for the Ariston Cafe. The Ariston is an old Route 66 cafe, and well worth eating there a time or two, or four.

Super 8 in Staunton is clean and reasonable.

Do not stay @ the Super 8 in Litchfield. Holiday Inn Express there is best bet! Yes, go to Ariston Cafe - eat the Bone-In-Ribeye.....you won't be sorry!
