I picked up a used 366 a while ago and wanted to add 28ga capability so based on some other threads with info I found I picked up a 28ga die kit plus an extra primer tube/shutoff on sale and then ordered the body and other required parts from hornady. If you are going to do it so you have a complete and easy to switch loaded die head it's pretty much a wash to just getting a used loader in the caliber you want. Since I got the kit and primer tube on sale it worked out for me. If you decide to do it here is all the info you need:

Buy these somewhere such as Midway
Hornady 366 die set in caliber you want
Hornady 366 Auto Progressive Shotshell Press Primer Shut Off

Then call Hornady and order these extra parts:
Key # Part # Part Description QTY
07 190008 DIE HEAD CASTING (366) 1 $61.99

sizer assembly
14 390019 SIZE DIE BODY (366) 1 $27.5
15 390020 DIE BODY LOCK NUT (366) for sizer 1 $5.16
62 392053 SIZE DIE EJECT BOLT (366) 1 $16.48

misc lock nuts for conversion kit dies
29 390097 LOCK NUT HEX 3/8-16 (366/APEX) 1
23 390087 LOCK NUT 9/16-18 (366) 1
28 390096 PRIMER FEED LOCK NUT ZINC 1/2-20 (366) 1 $5.16
15 390020 DIE BODY LOCK NUT (366) for crimp die 1

powder/shot assembly hold down
43 390127 screw measure plate hold down 1 $1.67
44 390128 washer 1 $1.67

Then you just replace the entire head by removing the two bolts holding it to the uprights, move the primer filler over, then just replace the shell plate and shell plate ring.

When acquired the 28 ga. conversion for my 366, a die head fully populated with the 28 ga. dies, including the shell plate, was available.
