Hey, I apologize for utterly selling out the trust of my fellow citizens and allowing agents of the federal government to force them off the road and force them to explain themselves to said agents and give up their DNA to be used for any purpose the feds want to, now, let's "move on" with no accountability to me for completely trashing the liberties of the people who entrusted me with protecting them, but hey, they paid me well. Anyway, you know, we have only been dealing with drunk drivers for about 110 years and we still have a lot to learn, so this monstrosity is fully justified, and anyway we need the practice, to soften up the citizenry to accept this just like they have accepted being groped just to fly somewhere.
