can you all help me date this ljutic? Im pretty sure its an older one. Can you get me in the ball park as far as the year. And would this be a good shooter to have?

Call Mike at Ljutic. He will have to pull the card on the gun. I would guess that it was built in the 70's, but that is just a guess. I had a Ljutic a few years ago with that same type Reverse Monte Carlo stock, they look a little different but I never had a problem shooting it.

Well shoot. I found this gun listed on armslist very cheap. Then found it again listed on guns unlimited for much more money and in a different state. I thought it was too good to be true.

I would guess a date of 1971 or 72.
A non hooded barrel.
The Great Gene Sears shot a Ljutic REVERSE Monte Carlo in the early 70’s.
If #721 has a full choke with the rings still in the choke....buy it !!!

My Dynatrap has the reverse Monte Carlo stock. Good gun

Nice looking gun. Could one of you explain what a hooded barrel is? and what are rings in the choke? thanks. tmc
