I was just wondering if the ATA has ever contacted the Koch brothers for sponsorship? They are very second amendment oriented and have affiliated with the NRA something most corporations outside of gun makers usually do not have the guts to do and they have helped with youth programs as well as support for constitutional causes and freedoms,they are also continually lied about by the anti-gun/anti-freedom Soros funded leftwingnuts,clearly they are good people who do not care about politically correct bs.

Just wondering,if they had been contacted by the ATA?

If you really knew anything, I mean even a little bit, about the Koch brothers, you would know that they are about as anti American in principle as you can get.

It's so unfortunate the people like you are so easily duped by people like them. You listen to their words and ignore their actions.

If you want to talk about lies, they make a guy like Soros look like a choir boy. All they have to do is throw a little money towards your favorite cause and you become a disciple. The Kochs are the diamond sitting on a mountain range of lies and garbage, and you can't see any of it because you're too busy looking at the shiny object.

The Kochs want to steal your right to vote, that is their endgame. You're worried about the second amendment while they steal the whole constitution. Unfortunately, they will have people like you putting your arm around them for a photo op while they do it.

Nail on the head right there. Let me give you a great example of how the Kochs work.

They give millions every year to Universities. It comes with some caveats though. They get to approve all the textbooks and professor hires. So what they are doing, is creating an educational system that only teaches the principles they want students exposed to. Not exactly what you'd call an open forum for a well rounded education.

How many parents who send their hard earned money and their children to these schools, do you think are aware that their kids are being taught a slanted education.

These are the Kochs. They're a lot smarter than guys like Soros and Obama, and that is what makes them so dangerous.

PS another lie fronted by the leftwingnuts is that the Koch brothers want to take away your right to vote,not true,in addition to gun rights the Koch brothers have fought for "one Man,one vote" to reduce the huge amount of voting fraud that the left engages in every election,such as the joke known as cook county il were they giggle and "vote often" and the coveted "dead people vote" that is used to destroy Illinois,yet these same liberal frauds will do everything they can to block military ballots such as the Gore/Lieberman campaign of 2000.
In short the Koch brothers want you to vote,once per election,not 5 or 6 times but once.

Don't know the Koch Bros agenda but, problem with asking anybody for money is you usually ending up bending to their will.

Seeing a banner at Sparta reading "Brought to you by the Koch Bros." might turn a few people off and some might stay home.

The fact is also that most corporations run away from anything to do with guns because it is not politically correct,the Koch brothers do not care about PC BS.
The decline in trapshooting has a lot to do with minor trinkets being put up as prizes for winning and the cost of trapshooting and time involved in it.

The reason that there is the so called "one man, one vote" initiative, was to introduce voter ID laws. This is the first step in creating a qualification process. Where they want that qualification process to go, is eventually lead to where the only people qualified to vote are them and the people that work with them...no dissenting voting.

Over 90% of all the voter ID laws were sponsored by Tea Party Republicans (The Kochs were the originators of the Tea Party, contrary to the thinking that it was a grass roots organization). The idea was that most republicans have ID's, while many voting democrats, especially the poor and elderly, do not. It is an underhanded way to try and keep legitimate voters from casting votes against their chosen candidates.

This is the Koch brothers.

Quit looking at the shiny object and start sifting through the pile of crap it sits on and you'll see the truth.

Just because Chip turned the thread into a place were he can lie about sponsors of the NRA and freedom does not mean it should be moved.


I asked if the Koch brothers had been approached for sponsorship for the ATA as they have been involved in the second amendment, unlike most corporations and would be a win/win for both entities involved,as the ATA could use more sponsorship beyond shell and gun companies and the Koch brothers would get some good will out of it.
Whats wrong with that? Its not really about politics its about advancing trapshooting.

In the 1st election the Koch's were pro Obama, now they say they feel betrayed by the fool. I don't see how anyone with a brain or sense enough to run a business could vote for the idiot.
