From the 2013 Rule Book:
The ATA Shooter Information Center may be used
as evidence of a reduction with verification by a member of the Central Handicap Committee, a voting
member of the Executive Committee or the shooter’s
State or Provincial Delegate.
Electronic Printed Average
Cards will be accepted when available from the ATA
Web Site.
Say that you are traveling out of state to attend several shoots in a row. You can print out your new electronic Average Card with the reduced yardage shown but your Real new Average Card is home in your mail box hundreds of miles away. Your State Delegate is not at the shoots, Does the printed electronic Average Card allow you to shoot at your newly reduced yardage or do you need your official new card ?
