I am looking for information with respect to other state's hall of fame associations. Specifically I am looking for copies of by-laws and operating policies and procedures.

This information will be used to see if we in Colorado can do a better job in the future.

Information and comments can be sent to the above e-mail address.

I am anxiously looking forward to hearing from every state and organization.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Respectfully,

Alex Ragulsky

Hap: Thanks for your faith in me, as unfounded as it may turn out to be.

Seems that I am blessed with an exceptional team of dedicated shooters to work with. I only hope that I don't let them and the rest of the State down.

Now seems like a good time to explore some changes that may make us a little more efficient and responsive to the shooters of the Great State of Colorado.

Due to the response of many caring people I have received information from Pennsylvania, California, Kansas, Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Wyoming, Utah and Montana so far. There are sure some great ideas out there and I thank these fine folks for sharing them with me.

Guess the ball is squarely in our court to see what we do and where we go.

Thanks again Hap. Hope to get to shoot with you sometime soon.

Respectfully,

Alex Ragulsky
