Lets talk Guns particularly Gun values. Over the years I have made some good money holding on to some guns. But the ones I thought were good investment were not What makes a gun a good investment. I know the bottom line is the price point but after a few ( more than 7) I don”t think it is a big factor. I have seen some very nice quality guns go for what I concider cheep. I can look back at Colt revolver Rugar 3 screw models and see what they have done but I think the value is already there. Which guns are ready to increase in value over 10 or 20 years. Jim

No real rhyme nor reason - just look at the M-1 carbine values...

Value comes from supply -vs- demand.

Demand can be fickle (say a 'cool' scene in a film), and supply can change in an instant - import ban, changing federal regs, etc.

Also, don't forget that NIB condition WITH THE BOX often takes the price to stratospheric levels (just look at toys).
