Is it legal to bring gun books over the border? Do I have to have a FBL to receive your books, or are you required to have a FBL to send them??

I doubt it......but the shipping would be a killer....the whole lot must weigh 30lbs. That border gets in the way of a lot of good things....like getting you to do a comb for me...just too much hassle....
