The GRAND AMERICAN HANDICAP should be shot from the max yardage, the 26 yards and less would just be a yardage win.

In golf tournaments, they have a winner for gross score and net score (with handicap). Much more prestigeous to win with the gross score. Let the big dogs play for the big money all the way back. Call it what you want, I'd watch. Mark

I think Dr. Dongshort MEANT to say that the Grand American Handicap should be shot from the 27 yard line by everybody but 27 yard shooters, who would have to shoot from the 30 to 35 yard line, depending on how fast their superfast handicap shells were, how many patterns high their guns shoot, and their known-ability, as divined by Dr. Dongshort - the guy who knows just about everything about nothing.

dr gary,s idea is sure to increase participation for the grand american hdcp.mention this to your ata delegate gary so he can get the ball rolling.surely this will lead to the good dr, telling all the non 27 yard shooters that have won the grand american hdcp that their wins mean less than those who have won from the 27. much like his feelings that those who have achieved their grand slam on 2 hole targets are lesser shooters than those who did it on the 3 hole targets.go get,m gary . your ideas are are sure to make you new friends & influence people. dwain

I've been a member of several private country clubs in golf the club champion always is the winner of the championship flight the others are just winners of there flight. His concept is not that far off !!!!

I try to stay out of the Dr's posts because I feel it is fine for everyone here to express their opinion.

But lately with the advertising for a gal and the frequent off the wall ideas I am starting to wonder if the man should have access to firearms.

Honestly, if you look at the evidence, in effect his posts here, you could make a case for him being a bit unbased.

It used to be fun and games with his ideas, now I am just starting to feel pity.
