Saturday, May 12, Glen Rock Shooting Club will hold an ATA shoot with reduced target fees. This is a targets only shoot combined with the AIM Zone youth program shoot. Following is a copy of the program. All events along with normal kitchen-home cooked meals are in the day's schedule. Hope to see many ATA shooters who need targets for this year's state shoot. Weather looks very good. Lon

Glen Rock's ATA & AIM shoot produced five 98's for the day with one junior, Mark Beardsley tieing his brother Luke, with a 98. Three other shooters, Steve Amoss, Mike Sullenberger, and Mike Acierno also had 98's. A total of 8 AIM shooters had a score of 90 or better for the shoot. In the handicap program, Glen Kelly from Redding, and Mark Beardsley, a junior, both registered 96's. Two other juniors, James Dalton, and Caleb Snyder had scores of 94, and 90 respectively. In dbls, Marc Price was high with 95, and Glen Kelly next with 92.

Our next registered shoot, Sunday May 27th, will be a regular 3 event program with 100 sgls, 100 caps, & 50 pr dbls. Shells will be awarded to the winning classes. High sgls.- and high hdcp.- winners will be getting a special added prize from the club. That will be made known the day of the shoot. Should bad weather interfere with our shoot program, the added bonus will be moved to another registered shoot later this year. So keep Sunday May 27 on your shoot calendar. Lon
