My 2003 vintage MX2000RS combo was showing its age from heavy use. No checkering left on the wood, finish on the wood worn and dinged up, Locking block left of center, side ribs loose on the O/U barrels, blue wear throughout. Gun was not abused I just shoot it allot (yes really allot). I replaced the hammer springs and firing pins yearly or as needed but it was past time for some professional love. Sent it to Dan @ Giacomo Sporting in October 2018, got it back last week. Gun looks better than it did when it was new. He went completely through it. Sent the parts back that he replaced. The ejector springs were so worn that they were paper thin in spots (did I say I shot it allot). Yes you can tell by looking at the breach face that the gun is used but if the breach is closed the gun looks new. The re-blue is perfect. The hand polish they do does not round the edges or diminish the engraving or gold lettering. Highly recommend them for anyone needing Perazzi work. Yes it took some time but the end result was well worth it.

Re-blued the entire gun
Re-soldered the side ribs
Re-anodized the adjustable ribs
Refinished and re-checkered the stock and forearm (had them do a gloss finish rather than the factory mat finish)
Replaced the trigger (i had a non-factory wider trigger installed a year ago after the factory trigger broke and did not like the feel of it)
Replaced the locking bolt
Replaced all springs
Replaced catch bolt
Re-blued the entire gun
