TinMan 88- Good point. If the Dollar is worth less than a Dollar, it will take more than a Dollar to buy a Dollar's worth of goods.

It has jumped to $2.75.9 here in South Georgia in the last week. I'm trying to slow down in my driving. I set my cruise on 55 and drove from fish camp at Eufaula to Blackshear(200miles) and got 22 mpg in my f150 pickup. Just think what it would have done if it didn't have ethanol in it. LOL Jackie B.

Notice the prices for those that are self reliant. Pretty simple huh. If only the libs could manage to let the drilling begin in this country. Might kill a flea or a mesquito though so maybe 3.00 a gallon is better. This was all Bush's fault two years ago. Now who is to blame?

The dollar has been devalued 95% since 1913 which just happens to be the year the Federal Reserve and the IRS were concieved. According to Ben Bernake, inflation is too low and must go up or we face deflation. And we can't have prices go down!!!

Dud256 - actually, demand is going up over a year ago. It's the first time in quite a while, so it looks like supply and demand is alive and well.
