As far as I know its a Field Gun. I emailed Perazzi for some info but
they never sent me any answers.

The only gun "I think" was made outside the Perazzi Factory. I believe it was built by Maruchi. Not sure of the mono bloc: square or round but I know the HG stood for "Hunting".

I believe it might have been a Marruchi (spelling)
