Is the Ruger barrel from a new model super blackhawk?

I honestly do not know, how do you tell ? The barrel is stamped on the left side
"Sturm, Ruger & Co. Inc. Southport, Conn., USA with the Ruger eagle on the right side.

A "new model" will have a "book" written on the side....kind of a warning plus information on where you can get owner's manual, etc. Sounds like yours is old model. I need new. Thanks
