Does that K80 have a "teeter-totter" adjustable rib? Is that unique? I don't know anything about K80's, just curious.

The K-80 bl has a Perazzi-type adjustable rib. Moneymaker and others have installed after-market ribs such as this.. It is not marked, but has the Moneymaker "Jesus" clips on the center post. Shoots good.........merlyn

The O/U Barrels posted as MX3 Special Barrels are not MX3 Specials. They are probably MX2 barrels given the side ribs and the non tapered rib. Also, they have been restamped given the 112xxx serial number. The MX2 was not made in that serial number range.

The serial looks to be original in size and placement. On the top bbl is marked Perazzi spa Made in Brescia-Italy. There is no importer mentioned. 2 stars mark the top bbl, and 1 star on the bottom. 18.4 on both.....merlyn

Mr Bullard is correct as the O/U bbls did not come from a MX3. The rib is the right height for a combo for the MX15 or std MX2000. ....m

I was asked if the O/U bbls would fit a MX12. I believe they will, although, some fitting may be required......merlyn
