Five more barn queens going on the for sale block. If you're looking for a place to throw away 2 or 3 Grand, this isn't it. These blanks were harvested by me from a commercial Walnut orchard in Red Bluff, California in 2009 and have been lounging in my open-ended drying barn ever since. All are metered dry and ready to work. Each one will be mated with a closely matching forend blank and will be lovingly packed and shipped by Priority Mail from my place in southern Oregon to wherever your place is.

#150 shows two different looks from side-to-side with both having great color and mold line density. Excellent structural layout and ample measurements at 20 x 7 1/2 x 2 5/16. Feather on the left and marbling on the right will make this one a conversation piece. Priced at $750.00, and for sale at $399.00.

E254 is from the workbench of the late Eddie Aubert and is a gem. Measuring 18.5 x 8 x 2 1/2 this beauty shows fan fiddleback in the meat of the butt where you want it along with good mold line density and perfect layout. Originally priced over $1000.00, the intrusion of white wood on the right side reduces the sale price on this stud to $599.00.

Lotsa stuff for your money with #91. Good symmetry thru the meat of the butt along with great color and nice structural layout. Measurements are 18 x 7 1/2 x 2 1/2 thick. The sliver of white wood showing on the left side should mill out during duplication. Priced at $650.00, and on sale at $375.00.

Blank D is a pretty upsweep clamshell with a tiny feather and tons of fiddleback figure. It measures 18 1/2 inches long, 7 1/2 inches tall at the butt but is only 2 inches thick. Its ideal application would be for a smaller gauge shotgun or double gun or a two-piece rifle stock. It probably isn't thick enough for an inletted application, but would look bitchin' on a Model 12 or a Model 31 where it's flush fit. Priced at $550.00 and on sale because it's a little skinny at $299.00.

#55 has a great left face and it looks like the mold lines ganged up and drooped a little on the right face. Ample measurements at 19 1/2 inches long, 7 1/2 inches tall at the butt and 2 7/16 inches thick. Perfect layout and good color. Priced at $500.00, and on sale at $299.00.
