Does anyone know what's going on at the BATF?
Normally it's a 2 or 3 week turn around for renewals.I called today to see what's up and was told it will now take 8 to 10 weeks. Looks like the Dixie Grand will be a non event for me.A bit of a disappointment.

sent my form in dec 27/13 as I do every year...nornally get back in 2 to 4 weeks max...guess I left it to late this year..feb shoots in the south looks like wont happen ...blowing snow is more fun anyway is it not...

I would contact the clubs you WON'T be shooting at and suggest the clubs officers/owners contact there congressional representatives (House and Senate) and tell them the ATF is costing them money by delaying timely processing of the applications!
