So what makes it a "trap gun?"

comb height or drop of stock & POI--at 30yards this gun will shoot 8-10inches higher vs a field gun

Nice. I made a 7/8ths scale trap gun by installing a 12ga monte carlo stock on a 20ga 1187. Worked out great. The only modification to the stock was to reduce the size of the tenon that fits in the back of the receiver. I did this when a chronically pinched nerve caused loss of strength in my left arm, and I could not heft a 12ga gun for a whole round. The lighter 20ga allowed me to do so until my condition improved. Necessity is the mother of invention.

this gun may come back up forsale--the guy was going to buy it for duck hunting!--it may be a lil too nice for that!! anyone intrested , let me know, i cant marry all of them to keep!!
