Well did you put in the pulls your self? as i was wondering if i bought them could i do this myself?/ as i hate to send it off and then do it right away if i didn't like the release?

bad dog. The parts look complete. I think you can do it. Importantly the long pins you see are supplied. As well as the circlips. It is a bargain and worth the gamble.
