For Sale: RV lot on the Trapshooting side of the Silver Dollar club in Odessa Florida. This lot has the very best location for trap in the resort (lot 472 on map) – a very short walk from the main Trapshooting clubhouse where all the registered shoots are held. No worry about parking during the big shoots - you can just walk over to shoot. Take a nap between events!
Just around the corner from the traphouse parking lot, it is right across from the skeet field, away from traffic, and vehicle parking is never an issue.
With no neighbors across the street, it is super easy to park your RV in the space. Beautiful view! see photo
Included is a very large storage shed which houses a refrigerator, washer & dryer, water heater, reloading bench. Plenty of room for adding shelves, chest freezer and you can also safely store your golf cart inside when you are away.
The screened in florida room is also large and spacious with double doors that you can drive your golf cart through. Relax here on your patio set after a shoot in the shade of your own grapefruit tree and palm trees.
There is nothing like having your own place at the finest trapshooting live-in community in the world! Your wife will love it here too - lots of fun on- and off-site activities. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Swimming, golfing or go to the beach on the warmer days. This is the life...

I know this may seem like a dumb question but....l

How does this work... You own the "lot" and everything above the ground and then pay a monthly/annual fee to the club? How much is the monthly rental? Do you retain the right to rent the lot out when you are not using it?

Thanks,

You do not own the lot.. You pay rent to the a Dollar for the lot. If you "owned" the lot, you would pay property taxes which you do not do at the Dollar. In Florida, mobile homes, like those at the Dollar, are considered vehicles and you just pay for vehicle registration every year.
