Covid 19/
I finally got out shooting last night. My friend has his own trap range, He is busy farming but thought he would find time to shoot last night. I had a pacemaker installed on my shooting shoulder last Jan,2019 . my equipment was not adequate. Needed a new gun. Hoping to get out and figure this game out from the right side. More work to do. But I have started. I am weak from right side and I was a left handed two eyed shooter. Know I am a right handed one eye shooter. I bought a Kolar Top Single /Combo set. Put a Gracoil Recoil System with adjustable length of pull. It has helped. Hope I get to see my shooting friends soon.

Perhaps it's time to get the Terry Jordan Wall Chart out Joe.

It worked wonders for me when I first went to a release, I'll bet it would help you a lot getting used to that "other" shoulder.

Good luck !!!

When I met with the specialist I mentioned I shot off my left shoulder and he smiled and said I needed to make changes.
And when the two young ladies came to meet with me just before installation of pacemaker/defib I mentioned about the
installation on right side. I think they thought I was joking !!
It is what it is. In an effort to improve my heart rhythm , It worked.
I still enjoy getting out shooting. I will not be shooting the volume I did. I have missed one Grand since 1975.
2020 is starting out to be an interesting year. Everyone be safe, EH !!
All the Best.

Thanks for the reason, I did not know the pacemaker “had” to go on the left side.
Live and learn, good luck with the switch, no way I could do that.

A man I shoot with had a pacemaker put in about 3 years ago. It was placed on his right shoulder, and as he was a right handed shooter it presented the same troubles. He had Wenig make a cross over stock and now he shoots left side but still used his right dominant eye. Doing much better than he did when trying to use just his left eye.
