Had these cut a couple weeks ago, but decided to stick with the 1/4" one I'm using now. They were both waterjet cut out of ABS plastic. One has a 4" taper cut into it on the chamber end (for the "ramp" part of the rib), and the other one is as it came off the waterjet. Rib measures .431 at chamber end (or roughly 7/16) tapering to .332 at the muzzle end (or roughly 21/64), are 1/2" tall (same height front to back), and are 30" in length.
