Bill,

I'm sure you paid more the the $1200 asking price when you purchased this great lens. But, in the interim prices have come down. Same lens, Nikkor 80-200 f2.8 is available online for as little as $808 (new) with fee shipping.

Potential buyers with a Nikon Digital SLR you'll love this lens in low light situations!

Internal focusing (IF) and Extra low dispersion (ED) glass - gives high resolution and contrast. Worth the $$'s. John

Bill,

Sorry to step in but I thought you could save me a lot of time. I have a D100 on a Retinal Camera in the office that will be avaiable to me personally. Can I use my 80-200 (not AF) and my 105 macro (not AF) with it. Thanks for your time.............Rich
