See that it is a Perazzi Grand American 88 O/U.

Is there a model number associated with it ?

Thank you, MIA.

Is the MX3 still in production ?

Where does it fit in the current Perazzi production scheme ?

Does it interchange parts with the MX8 or MX2000 series ?

I have a Perazzi MT6 and TM1 and understand that they do not interchange parts with current production guns.

The current parts do interchange with MX8 and all other square mono-block guns/receivers. The MX3 special ended production at about early 90s. The MX3 special block and the GA88 block are the same as MX15 an some others.

So if someone buys this MX3 they can use it as the basis for any future Perazzi toys like a top single barrel or a 34-inch O/U barrel set.

Right ?

One more thing... Would the current barrel choke constrictions be considered fairly open by Trap shooting standards... not "Full"... and not suitable for Handicap ?

Hammer. I will not speak for current good doubles shooters, but .018 on the bottome and .028 on top will get you all the targets that you can point at when shooting doubles. Most would agree, this is a "Doubles Machine". Very well set up for dubs.
