For sale is a beautiful little double barrel, under lever, break open, hammer "pinfire" pistol. Whew! That is a mouth full. It was made approx. 1830 to 1850.
Appears to be made in Belgium and is 36 cal., I believe. No makers name unless under the grips (which have not been removed). Both barrels are rifled and in excellent+ condition, with NO pitting! Exterior has turned brown patina. Traces of case coloring still left on the hammers. Walnut grips are near perfect. No cracks, splits or dings. Some very minor finish handling marks. Mechanically 100%. Wonderful collectors piece for $950. plus $20. shipping and ins. to lower 48. No FFL required. Thank you.
