Well, a couple things...
Have the updates been done? Look at the lower breech face for two allen head screws. If it hasn't, that's going to cost someone around $400 on top of the price you're asking.
Who did the porting? Many people have seen or heard of problems with 3200 barrels blowing out the porting as a result of the barrel walls being slightly thinner than many more modern barrels. Porting by someone reputable reduces the risk of having to buy a new $700+ set of barrels after these are wrecked.
Pics... there is a big variance in the quality of wood. Pictures tell the story and pictures sell guns.
If the updates are done, if the porting is by a reputable shop and if the gun really is in great shape, $1500 is a fair price. 32" barrels are much tougher to find than the more common 30".
