It depends on what u want him for. Optometrist or opthamologist? For fitting glasses or for eye surgery.

Just as a thought ...

If you have your choice always go to an opthomologist if you have a choice. An optometrist can do an exam and fit you for glasses but an opthomolagist can do and has much more actual medical doctorin eye surgeryn experiance than a glass fitter.

If you have a choice and in Chicago you will have 1000's of choices take the opthomologist ... I know of a lady with MS that was semi-diagnosed 20+ yrs before she actually started having symptons/issues and the diagnosis was caught by the opthomologist she went to.

Go with an opthomologist.

I live in Wheaton and am blessed to have access to one of the top 10 eye-specializing clinics in the country - the Wheaton Eye Clinic. They only do eyes and have several eye specialists to assist you.
They also do glasses and one of their optometrists is a shotgunner and hunter. If you go there, ask for Danny. Visit the website for more info. They also have offices in Naperville and Hinsdale.
