About once a year I order two dozen safety glasses from them. Last spring I sent in my normal order and after 4 or 5 days I got a call from them saying they were back-ordered. They lady ask me if I would like to wait or take some upgraded glasses for the same price. I told her give me the upgrades, she said she would send them next day air, and was sorry for the delay.

BTW, the tinted safety glasses I buy cost about $2.50 apiece by the dozen with shipping. Lowes sells the same glasses for $10.00.
