Those with health care insurance from their employer have dodged the bullet....so far. But right after the next election the same problems vexing the individual market will dump on the employer sponsored market.
First will be much higher premium cost for the employers, and that will probably increase employee contributions. That's if the employer doesn't downgrade the coverage or just drop this benefit for his employees
Secondly, expect higher deductibles and co-pays.
Thirdly, those with very good plans may find those plans are considered 'Cadillac Plans' and you employer will no longer be able to offer them. See above two paragraphs for what will replace those plans.
