In 48 states the electorial college is supposed to represent the popular vote of the people.

That being said and signs being what they are --how is Hillary winning the electorial vote?

Why does it sound like the electorial vote is being bought?

Also the capacity of the crowds at the rallys as just pointed out on Fox. Trump rallys huge-- Hillary barely "fills a gymnasium."

back in high school when I learned about the electoral college and the arguments in favor ...I did not agree and thought the popular vote should decide the outcome. As far as how is she winning...look at how the senile sanders was handled...I call it frigginriggin.

Also what hasn't been told is out of the big inter cities Trump is winning the black vote by a vast majority. Louisiana, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, West Virginia, North and South Carolina, Texas, and many more. The illegals has replaced thousands of jobs in this country. The wealthy and giant industries are trying to hold on to the Democrat party for longer terms of the same. Reason is robotics will be replacing so much of the human element within the next 4 to 8years. By then very few specialty training won't be needed. Also robots are training robots with more advanced technology than you can imagine.
So you people better be damn sure a get it right this time because there won't be another chance.

The real problem with the Electorial College is those states who have "winner take all" attitude in using it, which is not how it is supposed to work. Proportional representation would be more fair, similar to popular vote, but prevent large cities populated with one party existence from electing the president every election.

It would be a service of unimaginable benefit if outspoken right wing adherents had some sense of the political essence of their party.
Human workers are people
People form Unions in the workplace
Unions are left wing organizations (considered anti-business by the right)
Demos are generally left wing
Demos support Unions
Unions are anti-robot (whatever that might be)
Right wing is anti-Union
Guess who doesn't want the Unions, wants the robots, and doesn't support the Demos?

Oh? Where do you find that on the GOP platform? I would venture that is you talked to some of your Liveral small business owners, they too would admit they would prefer no unions, automated work process that is equal to the ownership of GOP members. Just another "fact based lie" brou

Nothing is the Constitution requires a popular vote for electors. I believe Kentucky (not one of the original 13 states) was the first to use a popular vote to choose electors, but that only because their state legislature chose that manner.

U.S. Constitution - Article 2 Section 1
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.
