Do they fit the early Comp gun O/U with the drop out triggers?

Yes, they will.

If your question was the other way around, the answer will be maybe.

The Type 4 and 3 MX8 stock inletting will fit earlier Comp I but depending on the vintage Comp 1, the inletting for the top lever release cam is top left (Type 1 and 2) and (I think) top right for Type 3 on early serial numbers.
