Recently, I dropped my Dillon Precision Dial Caliper. It broke my heart,as I have only used it for 30 years. I mailed the Caliper back to Dillon & explained it was all my fault. Please repair & bill. They received it 2/03/09; I received it today,02/07/09. The caliper is good as new-----NO CHARGE. How about that turn around time !
