Same quality. I believe they are from the same factory, quality is the same. Only problem I have ever had was they don't like to function in the cold (0 degrees or less).

Shooting in extremely cold weather in backbored guns may give you a little problem. When it is so cold that factory shotshells bloop, it is too cold for me to shoot, but I am old.

ExFedex Diana shells are made by the same factory as Rio shells. Many years ago, one gun company would make "store brands". They were the same gun with a different private store label stamped on them.

Diana shells are certainly as good as Rio shells. It would be very difficult to find shells that were not equal or better than Rio shells.
