Yup, Arkansas yet.

1938B is the Red Ryder lever gun. I bought one for both my boys at least 30 years ago.

 

Well it was more than 30 years ago. I graduated HS more than 30 years and you’re old as worn out dirt.

 

They're still based there, but sadly nearly everything with the name "Daisy" is made in China these days. The Avanti line is the only stuff made here, last I heard, but that may have changed since my last dealings.

 

I was a father by the age of 10. And my age is much less than my birth date would indicate. I'm just now getting the occasional pimple on my face. Another couple years and I'll be shaving my peach fuzz sideburns.

A question not to hijack this thread.... Did those older models shoot any better than the ones of today?

 

I remember those small packages of Daisy BBs for sale about the size of today's mustard/ketchup condiment packages.

 

This is my 1938 Daisy BB double barrel gun. I was wondering if Daisy offers an annual service like krieghoff does?

 

That's amazing customer service, and even better price! I will have to start looking for a vintage Daisy RR for our soon to be 3 year old.

 

Buzzj some info in regards to your double barrel. Some vintage BB ammo and targets. Older 1940s model 25. And a Ducks Unlimited Red Ryder 1938B.
