To all of our Members, Guest Shooters, and Staff,

As the seriousness of COVID-19 becomes a potential health risk for all of us, Pine Belt Officers have decided to open for now, but for outdoor activities only. Our intent is to minimize the possibility of anyone being exposed to this potentially deadly virus through close direct contact or through the air movement system within our clubhouse.

The kitchen will be closed during our hours of operation until further notice which will minimize close contact to our friends, fellow shooters and their guests. Access to the Clubhouse will be limited to sign in, and for the use of the bathrooms facilities only. No lounging or hanging out within the clubhouse will be permitted. All needed rest, relaxation or socializing must be done outside of our clubhouse either on the porch, the provided benches, under the pavilion or in any of our outdoor open areas.

We ask that you keep mindful to the practice of social distancing while enjoying our open spaces and shooting facilities. Wash your hands frequently and drink plenty of water. We hope this initiative helps keep all of you and your families safe and healthy during these challenging times. We are looking forward to the end of this serious issue and to return all the great amenities that we normally have to offer you here at Pine Belt Sportsman’s Club.

The Annual Membership Meeting and Elections have been postponed until the all clear is given and we can safely meet. A meeting via our phone conferencing system may become an option moving forward if necessary.
Pine Belt Officers and Directors will be evaluating the progress of the COVID-19 Virus daily and will make changes to this directive as deemed necessary for the safety of all.

Be Safe and use your best judgement.
Best Regards,
Pine Belt Sportsman’s Club
