Congrats to all the fine shooters from Rural Sportsman's Club on winning the 2013/2014 Lehigh Valley Trapshooters League. For those of you that don't know this league is one of the oldest in the U.S. Sixty years and going strong. This league has three to four hundred shooters every year. Hats off to the shooters at Rural. A well earned championship. Enjoy it!!!!!

Over 400 shooters this year and the first victory for Rural in about 50 years. Those ATA All-Americans made the difference!!

Rural had an excellent run this year. When the leaves fell off the trees and the temperature dipped to the teens and single digits, they not only maintained but extended their target lead over their competitors.

This is a just reward that was a long time coming for a club that has done many good things to revitalize itself. This championship was earned because of the passion and desire to achieve this goal. Your last championship was in 1963! Hopefully, you won't have to wait so long for your next one.

Beware, your success has awoken not one, but two sleeping Giants. (Hint: They both live in New Tripoli!)
