Beautiful horses for sure. My grandmother up in Ontario Canada had an ice business in Guelph. She had all Percheron horses. I remember riding on the ice wagons with my uncles in the early '40s.

In the 70's when I was in the USAF I was at Scott AFB for a short time and when I was there I went through the Budweiser brewery they had some there in their barn, sure were neat animals they would let you walk right up to them and pet them, gentle giants

If you ever happen to be around Columbia Missouri, Budweiser has their Clydesdale Farm just East of Columbia on I-70. It is called Warm Springs Ranch and they give tours twice a day but you MUST schedule those ahead of time. They give you a tour of the barn, the breeding stock, etc. and free beer when you are done but the tour does cost about $10.00 and takes about 1.5 hours.

That was neat. I've seen them many times, and it is always a treat.
