First post on forum. Usually find all info by searching past postings but no luck this time. I would like some information or suggestions on clip-on colored lenses for my prescription eyeglasses. I know I could buy a precription in each color but that would be cost prohibitive. The clubs I shoot at have a variety of backgrounds so several different colors help. Thanks in advance.

I got the Ranger Sporter from Texas Optical along with

four clip-on colors. Best way to go for us Rx users.

The frames don't wear out so if you need a new Rx it's a

simple matter. Look them up on the internet.

Has anyone tried the cocoon sidekick flip-up lenses? The rangers are really nice but my prescription glasses are only a few months old and insurance won't pay again for another 2 years. Am also concerned about fit as there are no dealers around my 37766 area code.

Clipons add weight and depending on your prescription (weight of your shooting glasses and the shape of your nose the whole assembly may end up sliding down your face continuously on hot days.
