I have done all my Chrono testing the past 2 years - thru a 30" barrel. Now I will be shooting a 32" barrel. Should I expect any significant change in velocity ? Thanks, Brian

No. You may get a different reading, but that's just the inevitable and unpredictable random difference between barrels, not the difference in barrel length.

There was a test result published in one of the magazines I read couple years ago, I think basically it said 12 ga shotgun barrel over 24" have little or no effects on velocity until over 35 or 36" then it starts to drop.
Anyone remember this article ?
