I have a KS5 that has had thousands of reloads down the pipe. For probably close to 30 years it's been Cheddite primers for my reloads. Have never replaced the firing pin. And that's just one of the many trap guns that I have. Just saying

I too have shot thousands of Cheddites in my K-80 and have yet to have a problem.

With the size diff and past comments on piercing, I can't imagine 4.00 / 1000 savings over w209 is worth the bother.

If you load 10-20K a year it is. I will continue with my Cheddites.
