Sorry to say but, most all newer cells can be traced via their built in GPS transmitter, by a number of GOV. three letter types. With the newer equipment you can be found within 10 feet or less. There are a few older tri mode phones that do not have GPS t/m'ers that work well on 1900 or 850

Not all PD's an S/O's are able to target you yet but it's coming, a brave new world awaits. If everyone would stop buying the new gadgets one might be able to own their own life.

Have you ever seen the commercial for Nextel about the dots. They are tracking the dots, they are phones.

Since the government has required all phones to have 911 capabilities they have been able to use gps to track them. The normal gps is accurate to within 3 feet easily.

Check the configuration of your phone's software, probably located in the secure settings. Many phones have the option of enabling GPS location either full time or only when the e911 service is activated. Your choice.
