started loading 1 oz with cb4100 lightning wad 616 primer rem hulls 18 gr am select...does anyone one out there have positve results with these 8 petal wads in both 1oz & 11/8 oz have not had chance to shoot them yet but wondered how you reloaders out here like these wads...

I load 1oz in Remington STS, Chedite primer,17.3 grains of CLAYS, CB LIghtning 10oz 8 peddle wad. 1150 f/s. Soft load that hits hard. Great patterns.

I use the CB-4100 in both Remington and Winchester hull, 18.6 grains of American Select, 1 oz. of #8 shot. Reloads fine thru my old Mec 650N.....talk about slow, but it never has failed me!

I have found that they load better in Top Guns compared to most other wads.

Worked very well for 7/8th oz loads for me with Gun Club hulls, Fed primers, 8.5 shot, and 15gr of Alliant Extra Lite. It's a pretty long/tall wad and would probably not be too good for 1 1/8 oz loads in a tapered hull. J.Terre
