I believe Big Sky will do them on a custom basis.

Americase might too, can't hurt to ask.

There was one other instrument case cover maker I looked into before I got mine, as they already had some of the stock sizes for different americases (googling "americase case cover" should find them), but in the end I just went with the factory one because it was the cheapest.
