I just heard a rumor that the Cardinal Center signed a 99 year lease with the State of Ohio. Any truth to this rumor??? Cray

Just my thoughts but with all those traps to be filled with shooters, why would a lease be necessary.....who other than the ATA and the OSTA could put that many shooters on that many traps. I believe the facility benefits both (all) parties involved.
