^^I interpreted the OP's question as asking whether the outside diameters of the bushings for each of the 2 brands of loader are the same such that one would fit in the other. The answer is "yes." I think everyone also knows the two brands use different numbering systems and there is no way to correspond one to the other..
While they'll fit, I would advise you to not use the steel PW bushings in the Spolar charge bar. You can use any Hornady, RCBS, or Spolar (Hornady) bushings in your Spolar but PW should only be used iny PW.
It would be easy enough to mic. the heights and diameters to be completely sure. You for sure would not want them to be too tall or short. Regards ES
