True, or maybe false. Than a reguler what? Some BTs shoot higher than other BTs. BTs shoot relatively flat for a trap gun, but higher than a field gun. Results may vary based on the shooter. That help? Mark

It depends entirely upon the size of your head. Size 8 hat, high shooter, size 5 hat, low shooter.

Through my testing of both the original 1972 style, and the competition style forend models, on a pattern board, with a rest, there was vitually no difference in POI., of both the factory fixed, full chokes. However, the competition model seemed to pattern better, with even coverage, and less holes in the 30 in. circle, at 40 yds. Jon

Just because a gun has a high rib doesn't mean it's a high shooter. A very high ribbed gun could still produce a 50/50 pattern.

Perhaps he's talking about a BT99 Max or a BT100, or the BT99 AR that Monsoors sells or a Plus gun. They are not high shooters unless set to be so correct? J.Terre

I sold my BT99 because it shot to low. It was the flat shoot for me.
